Wrooom in two hundred pages

This afternoon, the Ferrari motorhome hosted the presentation of the book produced by Ercole Colombo to commemorate Wrooom, the media event organised by Philip Morris International, which has been held on the snow covered mountains of Madonna di Campiglio for the past twenty years, to celebrate the start of the Formula 1 season.

The book tells the story of this amazing event and its splendid setting, with over eight hundred photographs and the recollections of those who, along with Colombo, have taken part since its very first year.

In the presence of Scuderia Ferrari Marlboro team principal, Stefano Domenicali, the team’s drivers Felipe Massa and Fernando Alonso and Maurizio Arrivabene, Vice-President of Marlboro Global Communication and Promotion, the famous Formula 1 photographer presented the contents of the book to the assembled media, pointing out that Wrooom is now part of the fabric of the sport, as a truly special meeting, far from the stress and strain of racing, which brings together journalists, drivers and others who work in the sport as a launching pad for the new season.
