Heikki Kovalainen: LegInterval

This is an interval session I do quite often, good warm up for about 15min then 5x2min intervals on a bike, with 3min recoveries in between. This time I used Watts as a measure, starting with 200W then increasing 20W every 2min. I kept the RPMs at about 90 and my heart rate was going up to about 170bpm in the first interval, and about 187bpm in the last one. Sorry the quality is poor but at least you see one good exercise and how I do it.
