Horner hoping for third 2010 win

No team is yet to win three Grands Prix this season although Red Bull Racing would appear to have the best chance of achieving that feat in Monte-Carlo this afternoon. With Mark Webber starting on pole position, Team Principal Christian Horner hopes to see the Australian convert the grid spot into a second victory in a week.

So far, the 2010 campaign has featured two wins for Red Bull, as many for McLaren and a single success for Ferrari. However, Red Bull are poised to pull ahead and lead both championships come the end of today's race.

"Mark has been on fire all weekend," Horner told the BBC. "He's very, very quick around here. It was all about timing in qualifying - he strung those last two laps together and his confidence is very high."

With Sebastian Vettel placed third, the Milton Keynes squad could enjoy its second 1-2 result of the season in Formula 1's most famous race.

"It's down to everything," Christian added. "It's down to the performance of the car and qualifying is about out-and-out performance…we've now had six consecutive poles now and this is the most important of them."
