Endurance training session near Geneva in La Dole mountain. We started from about 1200m height and finished at the top of Dole which is 1700m so 500m vertical climb. Beginning was easier, then it got very steep towards the end. Great kind of exercise to do to maintain fitness level. Also working legs nicely. Not too long, but you get heart rate up quite well!
